1. Returns
a. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Karpatia Store. Our product range contains fresh and perishable food, you are not entitled to the regular consumer rights to return goods within 14 day of receiving your order just because you change your mind. There is an exemption persuant to regulation 27 (1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts (information, Deactivation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which confirms that contracts for the supply of goods are exempt from the right to whitdrawal if those goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. However if any product at the time of delivery or collection from store is not in a desirable condition or is after the expiry date,the customer can either call us, message or email us, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
a. Items must be in unused, and undamaged condition.
b. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
c. Clearance items may not be eligible for return.
3. Return Process
a. Contact our customer service to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
b. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
c. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging.
d. Ship the return to the address provided with the RA number, unless we agreed to collect it ourselves.
4. Refund
a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
c. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
d. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
a. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the order.
b. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect.
c. We will provide instructions for returning the item or may arrange for a replacement.
7. Cancellations
a. Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement by contacting our customer service.
b. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
