a. We offer shipping to domestic locations.
b. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
2. Processing Time
a. Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after payment is received.
b. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.
3. Shipping Methods
a. We offer the following shipping methods:
Please note the minimum order for shipping is £35.
Choose your delivery option according to your location:
- OPTION 1: if your location is within 30 miles from our shop (post code HR68EP) you can order chilled, frozen and dry products – select “chilled local delivery”
- OPTION 2: if your location is over 30 miles from our shop (post code HR68EP) you can order dry products only – select “dry nationwide delivery”
OPTION 3: (free) if you are happy to collect your shopping from our shop then this could be a way to ensure the products you wish to purchase will be reserved for you – you shall be notified about the collection date.
Please leave your name, exact address, also a contact number and email address so we can keep you updated regarding your order and delivery/collection date.
b. The availability of shipping methods depends on the destination.
4. Shipping Rates
a. OPTION 1 – Local delivery (up to 10 miles) will be at flat rate of £6.99 – delivered by ourselves
10 to 20 miles £9.99, delivered by ourselves
20 to 30 miles £12.99, delivered by ourselves
Within this range we can deliver chilled and frozen products as well.
OPTION 2 – Over this range (31 miles and above) we can only deliver dry products, we are going to use a third party delivery company, the price will be according to package weight, as follows-
0-5kg …..£6.99
5.1kg – 20 kg …..£9.99
20.1kg – 30kg…..£14.99
30.1kg -50kg …..£19.99
50.1kg -75kg….. £29.99
75.1kg – 100kg….£ 39.99
b. Shipping rates will be confirmed before payment.
5. Order Tracking
a. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
6. Shipping Restrictions
a. We reserve the right to limit or restrict shipments to certain locations.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
a. Karpatia Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in OPTION 2 shipping. Please contact the carrier if you encounter delivery issues.
b. If you believe your package is lost, contact our customer service for assistance.
